    La reflexión teológica hoy está marcada fuertemente por un complejo “cambio de época, marcado por las contradicciones” y la teología europea no está ajena a dicho cambio. Los desafíos que enfrenta la teología dependen principalmente de la lectura siempre nueva y actual que se haga de los Signos de los Tiempos. A partir de esos signos Karl Rahner, ya en 1966, presagiaba respecto del cristiano y del teólogo del futuro que éste “será un "místico", es decir, una persona que ha experimentado algo, o no será cristiano”. Lo peculiar de dicha experiencia mística es que estamos llamados a hacerla en comunidad. ¿De qué se trata?

    Theological reflection today is strongly marked by a complex “change of era, marked by contradictions” and European theology is not immune to this change. The challenges facing theology depend mainly on the always new and current reading of the Signs of the Times. From these signs, Karl Rahner, already in 1966, predicted with respect to the Christian and the theologian of the future that he "will be a "mystic", that is, a person who has experienced something, or he will not be a Christian." The peculiar thing about this mystical experience is that we are called to do it in community. What is it about?
