    El presente artículo tiene como objetivo, Fomentar el cumplimiento y la falta de control en la celeridad de los procesos de la administración de justicia en el Ecuador. Los Organismos encargados del cumplimiento de la administración de justicia, Parte de la función pública que cumple el Estado, encargada por la Constitución y la ley, de hacer efectivos los derechos, obligaciones, garantías y libertades para lograr una buena convivencia social. En cuanto a falta de control en la celeridad de los procesos en la administración de justicia, es necesario que se incrementen más funcionarios que administren justicia para que así haya más control en la celeridad de los procesos en la justicia ecuatoriana.

    he objective of this article is to establish the lack of control in the speed of the processes of the administration of justice. The Organisms responsible for compliance with the administration of justice, Part of the public function performed by the State, mandated by the Constitution and the law, to make effective the rights, obligations, guarantees and freedoms to achieve a good social coexistence. As for lack of control in the speed of the processes in the administration of justice, it is necessary that more officials be increased to administer justice so that there is more control in the speed of the processes in Ecuadorian justice.
