   as normas y leyes que buscan proteger a los trabajadores son los derechos y la seguridad laboral, son una estrategia para mejorar la productividad en las empresas y establecer una buena relación laboral. Por lo tanto se hizo una investigación con el objetivo de identificar la percepción de los empleadores sobre qué tan satisfechos están los distintos trabajadores de la localidad de Escárcega, Campeche y saber si están conformes con sus derechos y la seguridad laboral dentro de sus áreas de trabajo en las tipos de PIMES de la localidad de Escárcega a través de un  análisis que se hizo a las diferentes empresas del sector servicio, la metodología que se utilizó fue la aplicación de un cuestionario de 6 preguntas de una entrevista en el cual se obtuvo que el  33% de los empleadores están de acuerdo en que los trabajadores conocen y están satisfechos con sus derechos laborales, En la entrevista también se obtuvo que el 33% de los empleadores están totalmente de acuerdo en que sus trabajadores conocen y están satisfechos con sus derechos laborales.

  The rules and laws that seek to protect workers are rights and job security, they are a strategy to improve productivity in companies and establish a good labor relationship. Therefore, an investigation was carried out with the objective of identifying the perception of employers about how satisfied the different workers are in the town of Escárcega, Campeche and to know if they are satisfied with their rights and job security within their work areas. in the types of MSMEs in the town of Escárcega through an analysis that was carried out on the different companies in the service sector, the methodology that was used was the application of a questionnaire of 6 questions from an interview in which it was obtained that the 33% of employers agree that workers know and are satisfied with their labor rights. In the interview, it was also found that 33% of employers totally agree that their workers know and are satisfied with their labor rights.
