En este trabajo, los autores proponen incorporar los Derechos Comunitarios como Derechos Humanos. Específicamente proponen comenzar por incorporar la Justicia Restaurativa que por sus aristas individuales y colectivas, podría servir de enlace entre los Derechos Humanos individuales y los comunitarios. Proponen además, sea incorporada mediante una Convención con Mecanismos por países.

The authors of this work propose to incorporate Community Rights as Human Rights. They specifically propose to begin by incorporating Restorative Justice which, due to its individual and collective aspects, could be used as a link between Individual Human Rights and the Community ones. Besides, the authors propose that this could be incorporated through a Conventions with Mechanisms by countries.
