This paper outlines the proposal to establish a tribunal for prosecuting the crime of aggression committed against Ukraine. It focuses on the primary models of international criminal tribunals used in practice to analyze which of them may be best suited for prosecuting those responsible for crime of aggression. Given the deadlock in the Security Council due to Russia’s veto, an option for pursuing this objective is represented by a resolution of the General Assembly, under the “Uniting for Peace” procedure. However, it is highly unlikely that this will occur.
