Resumen de Método investigativo y su influencia en el aprendizaje de la asignatura de derecho municipal

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo demostrar la influencia que tiene la aplicación del método investigativo en el aprendizaje de la asignatura Derecho Municipal. Corresponde a una investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño cuasi experimental de carácter aplicado. El tratamiento estadístico de la prueba de hipótesis fue a través del T de Student, para corroborar la diferencia de medias entre el pre y pos test del grupo de estudio. Los resultados de las variables estudiadas, método investigativo y aprendizaje de la asignatura Derecho Municipal determinan una diferencia de medias de 1.33 puntos entre el pre y pos test, lo cual demuestra que la capacitación en métodos investigativos permitió incrementar los conocimientos con respecto al Derecho Municipal. Asimismo se encontró diferencias de medias significativas entre la variable método investigativo y las dimensiones aprendizaje de la interpretación de la normativa jurídica vigente desde el aspecto constitucional, aprendizaje de la recopilación de información respecto a la normativa expuesta en el Código Orgánico de Organización Territorial, Autonomía y Descentralización, aprendizaje de la descripción de los aspectos generales del derecho Administrativo de los gobiernos locales, aprendizaje de la investigación del entorno administrativo local con enfoque a las disposiciones normativas, aprendizaje de la categorización de la normativa nacional y su aplicación en los procesos administrativos propios del GAD y aprendizaje de la identificación de las normas aplicables a los diferentes problemas que genera el ordenamiento territorial Metropolitano y Municipal.

The objective of this article is to demonstrate the influence of the application of the investigative method in the learning of the Municipal Law subject. Corresponds to a research with a quantitative approach, quasi-experimental design of applied character. The statistical treatment of the hypothesis test was through Student's T, to corroborate the difference of means between the pre and posttest of the study group. The results of the variables studied, investigative method and learning of the subject Municipal Law determine a difference of averages of 1.33 points between the pre and posttest, which shows that the training in investigative methods allowed to increase the knowledge with respect to Municipal Law. Likewise, significant differences were found between the variable investigative method and the learning dimensions of the interpretation of current legal regulations from the constitutional aspect, learning of the collection of information with respect to the regulations set forth in the Organic Code of Territorial Organization, Autonomy and Decentralization, learning of the description of the general aspects of the Administrative Law of local governments, learning of the investigation of the local administrative environment with focus on the normative dispositions, learning of the categorization of the national regulation and its application in the administrative processes of the GAD and learning of the identification of the applicable norms to the different problems that the Metropolitan and Municipal territorial ordering generates.
