Diseño de rutas turísticas en la provincia de veraguas, en el marco de la JMJ Panamá 2019

    La investigación analiza los conocimientos de un grupo de personas que integran la Pastoral de Turismo responsables de confeccionar las rutas turísticas en todos los distritos de la provincia de Veraguas, dentro del marco de la realización de la Jornada Mundial de la Juventud.  El problema surge de la carencia de un modelo para el diseño de rutas turísticas que se adapte al lugar y al acontecimiento mencionado.  El análisis arrojará un diagnóstico de la situación en cuanto al conocimiento y manejo de una técnica; además, orientará a los miembros de la Pastoral de Turismo en la planificación eficaz de actividades turísticas en un área determinada.   La metodología seguida fue mixta: documental y de campo.  La primera, caracterizada por la revisión y obtención de información de las distintas fuentes bibliográficas, se unifican criterios para conciliar el concepto de ruta turística y se revisan los procedimientos de varios autores; quiénes hacen significativos aportes.  Por otra parte, a los sujetos, personificados por los agentes de la Pastoral ya citados, se les aplicó el instrumento de la entrevista estandarizada.  Los resultados indicaron la ausencia de conocimientos para poder cumplir con la solicitud llegada del representante eclesiástico de la Diócesis de Veraguas; con lo que se podría participar de forma eficaz en la planificación de actividades turísticas y religiosas en los distritos de Veraguas.  Lo anterior favoreció la creación de un modelo para diseñar rutas turísticas, adaptable, no sólo en Veraguas, sino en cualquier otro lugar que así lo requiera y que desee explotar el turismo local.

    In all districts of the province of Veraguas, within the framework of the implementation of World Youth Day. The problem arises from the lack of a model for the design of tourist routes that is adapted to the place and event mentioned. This analysis will produce a diagnosis of the situation in terms of knowledge and management of a technique, in addition to guiding the members of the Tourism Ministry in the effective planning of tourism activities in a given area. The methodology followed was mixed: documentary and field. The first, characterized by reviewing and obtaining information from the different bibliographic sources, criteria are unified to reconcile the concept of tourist route, and the procedures of various authors are reviewed, make some contributions. On the other hand, to the subjects, personified by the Pastoral agents already mentioned, the standardized interview instrument was applied. The results indicated the lack of knowledge to be able to fulfill the request of the ecclesiastical representative of the Diocese of Veraguas; with what could be effectively participated in the planning of tourist and religious activities in the districts of Veraguas. The aforementioned favored the creation of a model to design adaptable tourist routes, not only in Veraguas, but in any other place that requires it and that wishes to exploit local tourism.
