El Directivo ideal de las organizaciones educativas: comunicativo, cercano y colaborativo

    El objetivo de este ensayo es  analizar las cualidades del director ideal en las organizaciones educativas. Para alcanzar este objetivo ser realizó una consulta sobre trabajos de investigación, artículos referentes a la temática, encontrándose que, para el cuerpo de docentes,  es importante  contar con un Director que reúna características que lo hagan ser ideal ;  es decir,  tener una serie de cualidades específicas, contribuyendo con su labor para hacer que  el equipo: personal docente, estudiantes, administrativos, padres y representantes estén profundamente comprometidos y con las herramientas necesarias para conducir los cambios ineludibles para que se logre una educación de calidad. Se concluye que e l Director Ideal debe ser capaz de hacer muchas cosas al mismo tiempo: escuchar, comunicar, mejorar las relaciones con los subordinados, aconsejar, resolver problemas y tomar decisiones en forma participativa.

    The objective of this essay is to analyze the qualities of the ideal director in educational organizations. To achieve this objective, a consultation was carried out on research papers, articles related to the subject, finding that, for the teaching staff, it is important to have a Director who meets characteristics that make him ideal; that is, having a series of specific qualities, contributing with their work to make the team: teaching staff, students, administrators, parents and representatives are deeply committed and with the necessary tools to lead the unavoidable changes so that an education of quality. It is concluded that the Ideal Director must be able to do many things at the same time: listen, communicate, improve relationships with subordinates, advise, solve problems and make decisions in a participatory way.
