Resumen de La bioética en la cotidianidad de la práctica clínica: implicaciones de la gerencia de salud

  La práctica de la ética y la gerencia de salud no son la panacea para resolver los problemas de los sistemas de salud, pero bien entendidas pueden orientar y ayudar a clasificar el uso apropiado de los recursos, de forma complementaria para que la salud de los seres humanos, y su calidad de vida no estén al margen de la ética. La responsabilidad ética de la institución de salud es offecer esta calidad en sus servicios, tanto por parte de los médicos que están en contacto directo con el paciente como de aquellos profesionales que ocupen puestos gerenciales. Se debe considerar en la salud no solo el servicio, sino también las cuestiones de justicia, eficiencia y equidad en la atención de la salud social haciendo uso racional de la macroasignación gerencial de los recursos, lo mismo que en la mieroasignación de estos en la relación medicopaciente, por la realidad socioeconómica del costo de la salud. En la práctica clínica se dan decisiones dificiles dentro de los conceptos de libertad clínica, medicina basada en evidencias e información en salud.

  The practice of ethics y the management of health are not the ideal solution for the health system problems, but well understood, they can guide and help to classify the proper use of the resources, i complementaly way for the human health, and their quality life are not out of ethics. The ethic responsibility of the health Institutions is to offer this quality service, in the physicians that are in contact with the patient as much as the Professionals that work in the management. We must be able to consider in health not onIy the service but the justice things, efficiency, and equity in the social attention ofthe health, with a rational use in the macro and micro assignation of the resources, the same in the Management than in the medical patient relationship, but the expense of the real cost of the health. In the Clinical practice, there are difficult decisions in the concepts clinic freedom, medicine of evidence and health information.
