Resumen de Las agentes educativas en el campo de la educación inicial y el desafío de su profesionalización actual

  En este trabajo, se describe y analiza la importancia que reviste la profesionalización de los y las agentes educativas que atienden centros de educación inicial, el impacto que tiene el perfil profesional y su rol para atender la primera infancia, la protección de los derechos de la niñez, sus procesos de intervención, cuidados y el desarrollo psicológico, físico y emocional de los niños de 0 a 3 años de edad. Por tanto, una formación profesional debe procurar contenidos pertinentes con los conocimientos y habilidades y para brindar una atención integral a los niños y las niñas, es decir, aportar a la sociedad profesionistas que tengan un profundo conocimiento sobre la infancia, sus características, desarrollo y crear prácticas de crianza saludables con la familia, y promover el desarrollo cognitivo en los infantes. Lograr una profesionalización pertinente constituye en este sentido, establecer un eslabón para crear mejores prácticas educativas, de servicio; diseñar y desarrollar propuestas que beneficien a la infancia, a la comunidad y a la sociedad e incrementar el nivel educativo del perfil profesional en educación inicial. Al mismo tiempo, los y las agentes educativas tendrán mejores oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo en el campo laboral de la educación inicial y ser reconocidas en su labor profesional.

  In this work, the importance of the professionalization of the educational agents who serve early education centers is described and analyzed, the impact of the professional profile and its role in caring for early childhood, the protection of the rights of the childhood, its intervention processes, care and the psychological, physical and emotional development of children from 0 to 3 years of age. Therefore, vocational training must provide relevant content with the knowledge and skills and to provide comprehensive care to boys and girls, that is, provide society with professionals who have deep knowledge about childhood, its characteristics, development and create healthy parenting practices with the family, and promote cognitive development in infants. Achieving relevant professionalization constitutes, in this sense, establishing a link to create better educational and service practices; design and develop proposals that benefit children, the community and society and increase the educational level of the professional profile in early education. At the same time, educational agents will have better opportunities for growth and development in the work field of early education and will be recognized in their professional work.
