    De acuerdo a la literatura especializada, en el marco de la Doctrina de la Seguridad Nacional se delinearon Estados de tipo autoritarios en todo el Cono Sur del conteniente americano caracterizados entre otras cosas por la violación en forma sistemática los derechos humanos, produciendo miles de detenciones por motivos políticos, secuestros y “desaparición” de personas, torturas y exilios e insilios de miles de perseguidos.

    En este marco, se inscribe la realización del presente artículo, que tiene por finalidad abordar cómo las situaciones de exilio e insilio devenidas en el contexto de la última dictadura cívico-militar Argentina (1976-1983), desde la perspectiva de quienes la experimentaron, es decir, sus protagonistas.

    Para lograr lo propuesto no solo se utilizarán aportes teóricos sino fundamentalmente, entrevistas de primera realizadas utilizando la técnica de la historia oral que permitirá de articular sus relatos vivenciales de afectados directos en el marco de la trama contextual en general.
