    Para muchos, la violencia estatal había sido una característica del menemismo, de la Alianza, de Duhalde, pero no del kirchnerismo. Este artículo se ocupa de derrumbar ese mito. Muestra el lugar que ocupó la represión estatal y paraestatal durante la presidencia de Néstor Kirchner, su distribución a nivel nacional y la evolución en el tiempo.

    Para ello, realizamos un relevamiento de diarios nacionales, provinciales y de izquierda donde estas fuerzas intervienen reprimiendo, evitando o amedrentando reclamos obreros o ejerciendo algún tipo de violencia sobre organizaciones de izquierda.

    La investigación permite examinar la intervención del kirchnerismo sobre los enfrenamientos de clase. Muestra además el grado de conflictividad que arrastraba la Argentina en la llamada “primavera” del kirchnerismo. Por último, muestra la dosis de coacción necesaria que hizo falta para esa reconstrucción (aunque incompleta) de la dominación burguesa.

    For many people, statal violecie was a caracteristic from menemism, from the Alianza, from Duhalde, but not from kirchnerism. This article focus on taking down that mith. It shows the place that took the statal and public repression during the presidence of Nestor Kirchner, its national level distribution and its trace in time. With this end, we relized a survay of national, provincial and left newspapers where this forces intervine repressing, avoiding or decreasing workers reclaims or practicing any kind of violence over left organizations.

    The investigation allows to examine the intervencion of kirchnerism over the class clashes. It shows the level of conflict that remained in Argentina in the called “Primavera del Kirchnerismo”. Finally, it shows de level of necessary coaccion that demanded that reconstruction (but incomplete) of the burgueois domination.
