Este artículo fue elaborado con el objetivo de analizar la correlación existente entre los factores claves que intervienen en el diseño organizacional y toma de decisiones empresariales ya que actualmente se considera importante resaltar que los continuos cambios que experimentan las organizaciones a nivel tecnológico, económico, cultural, social y ambiental logrando abrir diversas posibilidades de integración en cuanto a los factores clave que intervienen en el diseño organizacional, Cabe destacar que la investigación se encuentra orientada dentro del paradigma positivista, enmarcándose dentro del tipo de investigación descriptiva, con un diseño no experimental. Desde este enfoque se concluye que las organizaciones apuntan a la importancia de integrar dichos factores claves para las tomas de decisiones efectivas, la cual puedan incrementar el cumplimiento de objetivos y metas de manera significativa dentro de en una organización.
This article was prepared with the objective of analyzing the correlation between the key factors involved in organizational design and business decision-making since it is currently considered important to highlight that the continuous changes that organizations experience at a technological, economic, cultural, social and environmental, managing to open various possibilities of integration in terms of the key factors involved in the organizational design. It should be noted that the research is oriented within the positivist paradigm, framed within the type of descriptive research, with a non-experimental design. From this approach, it is concluded that organizations point to the importance of integrating these key factors for effective decision-making, which can increase the fulfillment of objectives and goals significantly within an organization.
