  • Resumen
    • The successful operation of the Extremely Large Telescope (ELT) relies on the precise alignment and phasing of its segmented primary mirror (M1), which consists of 798 individual hexagonal segments. In this paper, we present a novel interferometer based on the introduction of a gradient-phase system along the reference beam, designed to achieve accurate and efficient segment phasing, thereby maximizing the ELT's optical performance and enabling high-resolution astronomical observations.
