Resumen de El Archivo Fotográfico del Consejo Etnográfico Municipal de Crevillent

  En este artículo presentamos un estudio sobre el Archivo Fotográfico del Consejo Etnográfico Municipal de Crevillent. Dichas fotografías han sido recopiladas por donaciones o adquisiciones que se han llevado a cabo desde el año 2010 gracias a la colaboración de distintas personas que aparecen en el artículo. El objetivo de este análisis es dar a conocer este Archivo y concienciar de la importancia de la colaboración ciudadana, que ha llevado a este tipo de imágenes a conformar la categoría de “archivo visual”, su historia y valorización. En un segundo momento analizamos cómo estas imágenes pueden ayudar en el futuro a estudiar y comprender la sociedad del segundo cuarto del siglo XX en adelante, funcionando como catalizadoras de procesos de revalorización cultural.

  In this article, we present a study on the Photographic Archive of the Municipal Ethnographic Council of Crevillent. These photographs have been collected through donations or acquisitions that have been carried out since 2010 thanks to the collaboration of different people who appear in the article. The aim of this analysis is to publicize this Archive and raise awareness of the importance of citizen collaboration that has led this type of images to form the category of “visual archive”, its history and valorization. In a second moment, we analyze how these images can help in the future to study and understand the society from the second quarter of the 20th century onwards, working as catalysts of cultural revalorization processes.
