    Este estudio establece un marco de referencia para valorar el progreso de las implementaciones del Modelo de Gestión Lean Manufacturing (MGLM). Luego mediante una metodología exploratoria transversal de cuatro etapas, se hace una revisión bibliográfica del repositorio de cybertesis digitales de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (FII-UNMSM), con la finalidad de identificar el perfil de las tesis digitales que han implementado el MGLM, en relación al marco de referencia propuesto. Los resultados muestran que las investigaciones se enfocan en herramientas de procesos priorizando la eficacia y eficiencia operacional, pero descuidando herramientas de propósito y de personas. Se concluye que es necesario identificar y aplicar herramientas para asegurar objetivos organizacionales, además de implementar herramientas de proceso para comprender, diagnosticar y modificar los flujos de valor, y finalmente capacitar a las personas y gestores para mejorar el desempeño.

    This study establishes a framework for assessing the progress of Lean Manufacturing Management Model (MGLM) implementations. Then, through a four-stage exploratory methodology, a bibliographic review is conducted of the digital cybertesis repository of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at the National University of San Marcos (FII-UNMSM), in order to identify the profile of digital theses that have implemented the MGLM, in relation to the proposed framework. The results show that research focuses on process tools, prioritizing operational effectiveness and efficiency, but neglecting purpose and people tools. It is concluded that it is necessary to identify and apply tools to ensure organizational objectives, in addition to implementing process tools to understand, diagnose, and modify value streams, and finally, to train people and managers to improve performance.
