    La investigación titulada Programa “Jugando con los fonemas” en la conciencia fonológica en los estudiantes del 1º grado de primaria de la I.E.P.  Albert Einstein de Breña 2017.tiene como problema general ¿En qué medida influye el programa aprendiendo juntos en el desarrollo de la conciencia fonológica en los estudiantes de 1º grado de primaria de la I.E.P Albert Einsten? La investigación se realizó el estudio de las  variables de la Conciencia Fonológica a través de la aplicación del Programas con los fonemas, el tipo de investigación aplicada, con diseño cuasiexperimental  apoyándose en el método hipotético deductivo, 109 estudiantes de la I.E. “Albert Eistein” el muestreo fue no probabilística por conveniencia.  La recopilación de datos se utilizó El test de Conciencia Fonológica adaptado al test de habilidades metalingüísticas y el análisis de los datos se realizó con U de MANN WHITNEY Por lo tanto, se demostró se aprecia los estadísticos de los grupos de estudio, siendo el nivel de significancia p=0,000 menor que α=0,05 (p<α)  y Z = -8,589 menor que -1,96 (punto crítico), se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alterna, comprobándose de esta manera que: El programa “jugando con los fonemas” tiene influencia significativa en la  conciencia fonológica en los estudiantes del 1º grado de primaria I.E.P. Albert Einstein de Breña 2017.

    The research entitled "Professional Skills and job performance of the administrative staff headquarters 2015 National Institute prison" has the general problem What is the relationship between skills and job performance of the administrative staff of the headquarters of INPE 2015? The research study variables skills and job performance of the administrative staff of the national prison headquarters institute 2015, with the kind of basic research with correlational design was made, based on the hypothetical deductive method, the population was represented by 160 administrative workers of labor system (CAS and DL 276 Named) Headquarters of the National Penitentiary Institute. and the sample was 115 workers in the administrative area of the Headquarters of the National Penitentiary Institute. Probabilistic sampling was simple random type. Data collection technique survey instrument and data analysis was performed using the Spearman correlation was used.

    Therefore, it was shown that there is positive correlation (rho = 0.841 **) and significant (p = 0.001) between skills and job performance of the administrative staff, therefore the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted
