Resumen de Archivos afectivos. Una estrategia metodológica para estudiar las discursividades disidentes

Este artículo se propone caracterizar los archivos afectivos como técnica de investigación social. Para ello se retoman aportes del denominado “giro afectivo”, de los estudios biográficos en ciencias sociales y fragmentos de investigaciones propias que recuperan esta caracterización. Se esbozan dos ejemplos de archivos afectivos resultantes de diferentes indagaciones realizadas en el espacio universitario:un archivo de la vergüenza y otro del hartazgo. A partir de la hipótesis de que este tipo de archivos posibilitan una mayor comprensión de las formas actuales de redefinición de lo público,se discute el propio estatuto de los archivos y su relación con la memoria. Como conclusión, se señala lo que se considera aquí el rasgo principal de los archivos afectivos: volver extraño el mundo conocido.

This article intends to characterize affective archives as a social research technique. For this purpose, contributions of the so-called affective turn are taken up, together with biographical studies in social sciences and fragments of our own research that recover this characterization. Two examples of affective archives are outlined, resulting from different research paths carried out in the university space: an archive of shame and another of weariness. This article discusses the status of archivesand their relationship with memory, based on the hypothesis supported by this work, which is that this type of archives enables a better understanding of the current forms of redefinition of what is public. As a conclusion, we point out what is considered here the main feature of affective archives: making the knownworld strange.
