    Blockchain ha suscitado interés en numerosos ámbitos, siendo el Registral uno de ellos. Los principios hipotecarios son un fiel reflejo de un sistema Registral, con lo cual, resulta interesante analizarlos y ponerlos en relación con la tecnología blockchain. La pretensión de armonizar e interconectar los Registros a nivel europeo no es algo novedoso, sin embargo, todavía no se ha producido tal hecho. ¿Podría la tecnología blockchain/DLT coadyuvar a conseguir esa meta?

    Blockchain has aroused interest in numerous areas, being the Registry one of them. Mortgage principles are a true reflection of a Registry system, which makes it interesting to analyze them and relate them to blockchain technology. The claim to harmonize and interconnect the Registries at a European level is not something new, however, such fact has not yet occurred. Could blockchain/DLT technology help achieve that goal?
