Resumen de Percepción de recursos y limitaciones asociadas a las prácticas pedagógicas en estudiantes de Pedagogía en Educación Física

El objetivo del estudio fue conocer los recursos y limitaciones percibidas por estudiantes de Pedagogía en Educación Física en sus prácticas pedagógicas. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, con 52 estudiantes entre 18 y 25 años utilizando un cuestionario de 10 preguntas abiertas para identificar las limitaciones y recursos en este contexto. Los resultados muestran altas expectativas al inicio del proceso de práctica, identificando como fortaleza las habilidades comunicativas y mostrando temor ante la eventual falta de dominio de grupo y carencia de implementación en el colegio. Tras las prácticas, se reportan aprendizajes de manejo grupal, y que las habilidades blandas, resolución de conflictos y manejo de grupo deberían reforzarse. Se concluye que identificar las limitaciones que los estudiantes perciben respecto al ejercicio docente permite orientar la actividad formativa desarrollar estrategias que potencien los recursos existentes y aborden las limitaciones percibidas para responder a las exigencias del ejercicio profesional

The objective of the study was to know the resources and limitations perceived by Physical Education Pedagogy students in their pedagogical practices. A descriptive study was conducted with 52 students between 18 and 25 years of age using a questionnaire of 10 open-ended questions to identify the limitations and resources in this context. The results show high expectations at the beginning of the practice process, identifying communication skills as a strength and showing fear of the eventual lack of group mastery and lack of implementation in the school. After the internships, students report learning group management, and that soft skills, conflict resolution and group management should be reinforced. It is concluded that identifying the limitations that students perceive regarding the teaching practice allows orienting the training activity to develop strategies that enhance existing resources and address the perceived limitations to respond to the demands of professional practice.
