The application and use of ICT’s in the administration of justice has received multiple and varied names: electronic justice, e-justice, online justice, cyberjustice, telematic justice, remote justice, distance justice, digital justice, etc., without that today there is a universally accepted concept to refer to it; the most serious thing is that such names are often used as synonyms. This terminological problem is taken very lightly and is something that the doctrine should address to achieve its unification. This article will try to contribute to this, in addition to explaining the fundamental concepts of this legal phenomenon from the perspective of a new dimension of procedural law.
