Aquest article estudia el tractament de la turistificació en dos poetes dels PaïsosCatalans, Ponç Pons (Alaior, 1956) i Jordi Julià (Sant Celoni, 1972). El treball parteix de les idees plantejades per Guillem Colom-Montero sobre el turisme de masses a Mallorca i com es formula literàriament en la narrativa d’alguns escriptors illencs. L’objectiu és anar una mica més enllà i analitzar com s’aborda aquest tema des d’un altre gènere literari i amb dos autors de zones diferents del domini lingüístic. La tria d’aquests autors respon a l’interès de fer dialogar dos poetes que s’han llegit mútuament i que reivindiquen l’ecolingüisme com una de les vies per revertir, almenys en l’imaginari col·lectiu, la pèrdua de la identitat cultural que els és pròpia.

This article studies the treatment of touristification in two poets from the Catalan Countries, Ponç Pons (Alaior, 1956) and Jordi Julià (Sant Celoni, 1972). The paper is based on the ideas put forward by Guillem Colom-Montero about mass tourism in Mallorca and how it is formulated literary in the narrative of some island writers. The aim is to go a little further and analyse how this subject is dealt with from another literary genre and with two autors from different areas of the linguistic domain. The choice of the autors responds to the interest of holding dialogue with two poets who have read each other books and who claim ecolinguism as one of the ways to reverse, at least in the collective imagination, the loss of their cultural identity.
