    El estudio consistió en describir las competencias desarrolladas por el supervisor en el marco de las habilidades cognitivas complejas y avanzadas en el Circuito Educativo municipio Miranda del estado Zulia., a través del paradigma de investigación cualitativo apoyado en una investigación descriptiva con diseño de campo. Se trabajó con (06) supervisores circuitales. El instrumento fue una entrevista estructurada. Se concluyó que los supervisores del circuito municipio Miranda tienen el reto de implementar habilidades cognitivas acordes a la utilización de tecnologías de información que garanticen la trasmisión, retroalimentación, aplicación y traducción de contenidos educativos para la facilitación de la mediación de conflictos.

    The study consisted of describing the competencies developed by the supervisor in the framework of complex and advanced cognitive skills in the Educational Circuit of the Miranda municipality of the state of Zulia, through the qualitative research paradigm supported by a descriptive research with field design. The research was carried out with (06) circuit supervisors. The instrument was a structured interview. It was concluded that the supervisors of the Miranda municipality circuit have the challenge of implementing cognitive skills according to the use of information technologies that guarantee the transmission, feedback, application and translation of educational contents for the facilitation of conflict mediation.
