O contexto imediatista: visão de treinadores das categorias de base do futebol brasileiro

    Introdução: O treinador é uma peça fundamental no futebol, entretanto, observa-se uma cultura imediatista no trabalho dos treinadores que vem atingindo as categorias de base. Objetivo: O objetivo do estudo é identificar a visão de treinadores de categorias de base do futebol brasileiro sobre o contexto imediatista. Metodologia: A amostra conteve sete treinadores de categoria de base do futebol nacional masculino, pertencentes a times que disputaram as principais competições no ano de 2021. Utilizou-se um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada, sendo norteada por um questionário com o enfoque em conteúdos referente ao contexto imediatista. Resultados: Os resultados encontraram discussões que englobam o impacto negativo da pressão por resultados a curto prazo, que pode influenciar no ensino-aprendizado-treinamento do futebol de maneira pouco eficaz para o desenvolvimento do atleta. Conclusão: Conclui-se que a realidade da exigência e planejamento no trabalho dos treinadores merece uma reformulação e reflexão para mudanças, no intuito de alcançar produtividade e eficácia no treino, e consequentemente, no jogo, principalmente se tratando de categorias de base, para realizar um desenvolvimento formativo mais eficaz nos âmbitos esportivos e sociais.

    Introduction: In the work of coaches in Brazilian football, there is a culture of high numbers of dismissals. There are several reasons for the constant changes of coaches at clubs, for example, the lack of positive results, “off-field” problems, among others. But this frequency of new coach hires can leadto inconsistencies, mainly due to the time it takes to adapt to the new environment. Even more so in Brazilian football, which is one of the main football contexts that fire coaches, the setbacks can be major at the end of the seasonObjective: The objective of the study is to identify the view of coaches from youth categories in Brazilian football about the immediate context.Methodology: The sample contained seven youth coaches in men's national football, belonging to teams that competed in the main competitions in 2021. A semi-structured interview script was used, guided by a questionnaire focusing on content related to the immediate context.Results: The results found discussions that encompass the negative impact of pressure for short-term results, which can influence the teaching-learning-training of football in an ineffective way for the athlete's development.Conclusion: It is concluded that the reality of the demands and planning in the work of coaches deserves a reformulation and reflection for changes, in order to achieve productivity and effectiveness in training, and consequently, in the game, especially in the case of youth categories, to carry out development more effective training in sports and social areas.
