Resumen de Ley Olimpia contra el ciberacoso y su posible implementación en la legislación ecuatoriana

  El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente la Ley Olimpia contra el ciberacoso y su posible implementación en la legislación ecuatoriana. La presente investigación utilizó el método cuantitativo el cual produce datos descriptivos, que se originan por la recolección de datos. Apoyado en la revisión documental-bibliográfica. Además, se empleó el método inductivo-deductivo. Se planteó además el método analítico-sintético. Se concluye que, el tema que más se debe tener observancia es que estas cifras de delitos digitales van en aumento, y dentro de esta investigación se ha llegado a la conclusión que las personas las cuales se encuentran más propensas a encontrarse en estas situaciones de vulnerabilidad son las personas precisamente que se encuentran pasando por la etapa de la juventud y la adolescencia.

  The general objective of the research was to carry out a legal analysis of the Olimpia Law against cyberbullying and its possible implementation in Ecuadorian legislation. The present research used the quantitative method which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was used. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. It is concluded that, the most important issue to be observed is that these figures of digital crimes are increasing, and within this research it has been concluded that the people who are more likely to find themselves in these situations of vulnerability are precisely the people who are going through the stage of youth and adolescence.
