Resumen de El derecho al trabajo para las personas privada de libertad por pensión alimenticia

  El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente el derecho al trabajo para las personas privada de libertad por pensión alimenticia. La presente investigación utilizó el método cuantitativo el cual produce datos descriptivos, que se originan por la recolección de datos. Apoyado en la revisión documental-bibliográfica. Además, se empleó el método inductivo-deductivo. Se planteó además el método analítico-sintético. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta para recabar información sobre el problema, a través de la aplicación de un cuestionario a una muestra de 100 profesionales del Derecho, conocedores del ámbito constitucional. Se concluye que, la falta de trabajo para las personas privadas de libertad por pensión alimenticia afecta negativamente tanto a los padres como a los hijos involucrados. Esto puede generar una mayor dificultad para cumplir con las obligaciones alimentarias, aumentando el riesgo de pobreza y exclusión social, y generando un impacto negativo en el desarrollo de los hijos

  The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the right to work for persons deprived of liberty for alimony. The present research used the quantitative method which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was used. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. The survey technique was used to gather information on the problem, through the application of a questionnaire to a sample of 100 legal professionals with knowledge of the constitutional field. It is concluded that the lack of work for persons deprived of liberty for alimony negatively affects both the parents and the children involved. This can lead to greater difficulty in meeting maintenance obligations, increasing the risk of poverty and social exclusion, and having a negative impact on the development of the children
