    El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente el análisis de la Ley Orgánica de Movilidad Humana y el Decreto ejecutivo N.º 826. La presente investigación utilizó el método cuantitativo el cual produce datos descriptivos, que se originan por la recolección de datos. Apoyado en la revisión documental-bibliográfica. Además, se empleó el método inductivo-deductivo. Se planteó además el método analítico-sintético. La técnica de la encuesta se utilizó para recabar información sobre el problema descrito. El análisis jurídico en torno a la Ley Orgánica de Movilidad Humana y el Decreto Ejecutivo N.º 826 permitió profundizar en la comprensión del marco jurídico regulatorio de la migración de ciudadanos venezolanos para garantizar que se protejan adecuadamente los derechos de los migrantes y se adapten a las realidades cambiantes. De igual manera, la revisión de estudios e investigaciones previas relacionadas con el tema de la migración venezolana contribuyeron, de manera idónea, a contextualizar.

    The general objective of the research was to carry out a legal analysis of the Organic Law on Human Mobility and Executive Decree No. 826. The present research used the quantitative method, which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was used. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. The survey technique was used to gather information on the problem described. The legal analysis of the Organic Law on Human Mobility and Executive Decree No. 826 allowed for a deeper understanding of the legal framework regulating the migration of Venezuelan citizens in order to ensure that migrants' rights are adequately protected and adapted to changing realities. Similarly, the review of previous studies and research related to the issue of Venezuelan migration contributed, in an appropriate manner, to contextualize.
