  El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente el derecho constitucional a la inclusión de las personas en situación de movilidad. La presente investigación utilizó el método cuantitativo el cual produce datos descriptivos, que se originan por la recolección de datos. Apoyado en la revisión documental-bibliográfica. Además, se aplicó el método inductivo-deductivo. Se planteó además el método analítico-sintético. La técnica de la encuesta utilizada para recabar información, el cuestionario fue aplicado a 106 personas. Con la ayuda de la herramienta tecnológica Google Forms. Se concluye que, las personas que hayan sido desplazadas tendrán derecho a recibir protección y asistencia humanitaria emergente de las autoridades, que se les asegure el acceso a alimentos, alojamiento, vivienda, servicios médicos y sanitarios; el Estado debe velar por los derechos de las personas en situación de movilidad y ejercerá la rectoría de la política migratoria a través del órgano competente

  The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the constitutional right to inclusion of people with mobility impairments. This research used the quantitative method which produces descriptive data, which originates from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. The survey technique used to collect information; the questionnaire was applied to 106 people. With the help of the technological tool Google forms. It is concluded that people who have been displaced have the right to receive protection and emergency humanitarian assistance from the authorities, that they are ensured access to food, shelter, housing, medical and health services; the state must ensure the rights of people in a situation of mobility and exercise the steering role of migration policy through the competent body
