  El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente el derecho a la paz social como bien común, Alpachaca, Ibarra, Ecuador. La presente investigación utilizó el método cuantitativo el cual produce datos descriptivos, que se originan por la recolección de datos. Apoyado en la revisión documental-bibliográfica. Además, se aplicó el método inductivo-deductivo. Se planteó además el método analítico-sintético. Se aplicó una encuesta, a 97 sujetos, mediante un muestreo probabilístico, de tipo aleatorio simple por lo que todos los miembros de la población. El cuestionario se ha aplicado con la ayuda de la herramienta tecnológica Google forms. Se concluye que, la paz social como bien común es un derecho que está estipulado para todos los ciudadanos del Ecuador, tal y como se encuentra prescrito en la Constitución. La vulneración del derecho a la paz social como bien común fundamentada en la normativa legal ecuatoriana es un problema social.

  The general objective of the research was to legally analyse the right to social peace as a common good, Alpachaca, Ibarra, Ecuador. This research used the quantitative method, which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. A survey was applied to 97 subjects, by means of a probabilistic sampling, of simple random type, so that all the members of the population were included. The questionnaire was applied with the help of the technological tool Google forms. It is concluded that social peace as a common good is a right that is stipulated for all citizens of Ecuador, as prescribed in the Constitution. The violation of the right to social peace as a common good based on Ecuadorian legal regulations is a social problem.
