    La formación de la identidad cultural a partir del uso de las redes sociales, es vital como nuevo escenario de confrontación ideológica. El propósito de esta investigación radica en ofrecer algunas reflexiones sobre la formación de la identidad cultural a partir el uso de las redes sociales en las Escuelas Pedagógicas. Se emplearon en la investigación los siguientes métodos: el análisis documental, modelación, y el método hermenéutico, para la comprensión, explicación e interpretación de los datos consultados. Responde a la necesidad de dar respuesta a una de las líneas de investigación del Proyecto de investigación Contextualización Sociocultural de Procesos Educativos.

    The formation of cultural identity through the use of social networks is vital as a new scenario of ideological confrontation. The purpose of this research is to offer some reflections on the formation of cultural identity through the use of social networks in pedagogical schools. The following methods were used in the research: documentary analysis, modeling, and the hermeneutic method, for the understanding, explanation and interpretation of the data consulted. It responds to the need to respond to one of the research lines of the research project Sociocultural Contextualization of Educational Processes.
