    Las dimensiones de la cultura geográfica pueden ser referentes teóricos y didácticos para la enseñanza de la Geografía en la secundaria básica. El trabajo tiene por objetivo definirlas para este tipo de educación, a partir de una sistematización del contenido de la enseñanza de la Geografía escolar cubana y de la obra de autores del contexto Iberoamericano. Este estudio permitió determinar cuáles son los aspectos más destacados que se deben tener presente para desarrollar la cultura geográfica en el marco escolar cubano.

    The dimensions of the geographical culture can be relating theoretical and didactic for the teaching of the geography in the basic secondary. The work has for objective to define them for this education type, starting from a systematizing of the content of the teaching of the Cuban school Geography and of the work of authors of the  Ibero-American context. This study allowed to determine which they are the most outstanding aspects that should behad present to develop the geographical culture in the Cuban school mark.
