En la investigación, se propone un sistema de tareas docentes con sus correspondientes acciones para desarrollar habilidades profesionales pedagógicas en los estudiantes de tercer año de Cultura Física en Guantánamo, el diagnóstico realizado reveló limitaciones en los modos de actuación durante las clases prácticas docentes internas y en la Práctica Laboral Investigativa. Se emplearon métodos científicos que permitieron explicar el estado actual del problema y la recogida de información en función del logro de los objetivos. La planificación de tareas docentes permitió articular los contenidos de las asignaturas que dan salida a la Formación LaboralInvestigativa.

The research proposes a system of teaching tasks with their corresponding actions to develop professional pedagogical skills in third year students of Physical Culture in Guantanamo, the diagnosis revealed limitations in the ways of acting during the internal teaching practice classes and in the Investigative Work Practice. Scientific methods were used to explain the current state of the problem and the collection of information accordingto the achievement of the objectives. The planning of teaching tasks allowed articulating the contents of the subjects that provide an outlet for the Investigative Labor Training.
