    El presente trabajo aborda una estrategia pedagógica que contribuye desde la escuela pedagógica a elevar la preparación docente metodológica de los maestros que cursan la licenciatura en las diferentes carreras de la educación infantil del municipio Niceto Pérez García. En la misma se utilizaron métodos que posibilitaron revelar las deficiencias que se sucitan y proponer acciones que propicien la solución adecuada al proceso pedagógico que transforme la activación de los maestros noveles en el orden de su preparación en correspondencia con el modelo de profesional cubano.

    The present work approaches a pedagogic strategy that contributes from the school or educational units the methodological educational preparation of the teachers that you/they study the degree in the different careers of the infantile education of the municipality Nicety Perez Garcia. In the same one methods and instruments were used that facilitated to reveal the deficiencies that you suction in this matter and to propose actions that propitiate the appropriate solution to the pedagogic process that transforms the activation of the beginner teachers in the order of their preparation in correspondence with Cuban professional's pattern.The pedagogic strategy provides in great measure the achievement of the objective wanted, the integral formation of the new professionals of the education.
