    La jerarquización de los aspectos instructivos en la formación integral de los estudiantes militares en un contexto educativo donde confluyen diversas culturas, impone la necesidad de potenciar la labor educativa del docente. En este sentido, el objetivo propuesto es elaborar un programa de intervención psicosocial que preparare a los docentes militares desde la dimensión socioemocional de su labor educativa en la diversidad cultural. Se empleó la metodología cualitativa y el método de trabajo con grupos instrumentado a través del grupo de reflexión. Como resultado se obtuvoel desarrollo de acciones estratégicas a favor de prácticas inclusivas que posibilitaron el mejoramiento de la convivencia escolar.

    The hierarchization of the instructional aspects in the integral formation of military students in an educational context where diverse cultures come together imposes the need to enhance the educational work of the military teacher. In this sense, the proposed objective is to elaborate a psychosocial intervention program to prepare teachers from the socioemotional dimension of their educational work in a context of cultural diversity. In this research is privileged the qualitative methodology and the method to use is working with groups, which was implemented through the group of reflection. As a result, is achieved the development of strategic actions in favor of inclusive practices that improve scool coexistence.
