Resumen de Estrategia de superación para lograr la categorización docente de los profesionales universitarios

El proceso de categorización docente es parte del trabajo científico-investigativo y docente metodológico adquirido por el profesional en ejercicio, y se interrelaciona con los componentes de la actividad científica, pero es insuficiente la preparación y el compromiso individual para perfeccionar su desempeño; esto precisa transformaciones que se direccionen a su superación continua. El objetivo del artículo refiere la elaboración de una estrategia para elevar la superación profesional de los docentes para el cambio de categoría; empleándose para ello el método sistémico-estructural-funcional. Los resultados obtenidos muestran la factibilidad de la propuesta y con ello la calidad de su superación.

The teacher categorization process is part of the scientific-investigative and teaching-methodological work acquired by the practicing professional, and is interrelated with the components of the scientific activity, but the preparation and individual commitment to improve their performance is insufficient; this requires transformations that are directed to its continuous improvement. The objective of the article refers to the elaboration of a strategy to increase the professional improvement of teachers for the change of category; using for this the systemic-structural-functional method. The results obtained show the feasibility of the proposal and with it the quality of its improvement.
