  Cada persona es un ser único e irrepetible. No obstante, resulta evidente que su unicidad y su originalidad se constituyen sobre un gran número de capacidades que necesitan educarse, desarrollarse. La educación integral de la persona es un proceso continuo, permanente y participativo que busca desarrollar conveniente y coherentemente todas las dimensiones del ser humano. ¿Cómo llegar, pues, a educar e integrar todas las dimensiones de la persona? El aprendizaje de las virtudes humanas supone la adquisición de hábitos que permitan a la persona obrar bien en cualquier circunstancia y por voluntad propia. Son los hábitos que tienen un sentido auténtico en la existencia de cada ser humano y le proporcionan un íntegro crecimiento personal. La educación en la adquisición de las virtudes humanas favorece el desarrollo de todas las posibilidades de la persona, es decir, su potencialidad. Entonces estaremos hablando de una persona educada íntegramente. La familia –donde cada persona tiene la oportunidad de ser aceptada por lo que es–, y el centro educativo –que apoya a los padres en la formación de sus hijos–, deben cooperar para que la persona lleve a plenitud todas sus dimensiones a través del aprendizaje de las virtudes humanas.

  Each person is a unique and unrepeatable. However, it is evident that their uniqueness and originality are built on a large number of skills that need to be educated. The integral education of the person is a continuous, permanent and participatory process that seeks to develop conveniently and coherently all the dimensions of the human. How, then, to adapt and integrate all dimensions of the person? The learning of the human virtues supposes the acquisition of habits that allow the person to act well in any circumstance and of their own will. These are the habits that have an authentic meaning in the existence of each human and provide an integral personal growth. Education in the acquisition of human virtues promotes the development of all the possibilities of the person, that is, their potential. Then we will be talking about a person educated in its entirety. Family –where each person has the opportunity to be accepted for what is–, and educational centre –that supports parents in the education of their children–, must cooperate so that the person brings to full all their dimensions through the learning of human virtues.
