    El nuevo sexenio en México ha puesto a prueba el equilibrio de poderes. La justicia constitucional ha cobrado relevancia frente al dominio de un nuevo gobierno hegemónico. Desde la perspectiva del constitucionalismo débil, se plantea si el Poder Judicial y, en particular, la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, cuenta con las instituciones adecuadas para cumplir con una justicia constitucional genuina. La hipótesis señala que, aunque existen instituciones de importancia, hay limitaciones relevantes que impiden una justicia plena.

    El método sigue la clasificación de funciones adjetiva y sustantiva, analizando los alcances de los diversos fallos judiciales. Se demuestran las limitaciones que existen y se proponen las vías para ampliar la justicia constitucional.

    The new six-year term in Mexico has tested again the balance of power.

    Constitutional justice acquired relevance in the face of the domination of a new hegemonic government. From the perspective of weak constitutionalism, it is asked whether the Judiciary and, in particular, the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, has the appropriate institutions to comply with a genuine constitutional justice. The hypothesis points out that, although there are important institutions, there are important limitations that prevent full justice.

    The method follows the classification of adjective and substantive functions, analyzing the scope of the various judicial decisions.

    It demonstrates the limitations that exist and proposes ways to expand constitutional justice.
