    El avance científico en el conocimiento del cerebro y la existencia de neurotecnologías implican considerar a los neuroderechos en la agenda parlamentaria de cualquier país, y también como parte de derechos fundamentales de cuarta generación.

    Se pretende definir algunos de estos nuevos derechos como un aporte reflexivo requerido para una labor legislativa respetuosa y posible.
