    Confesiones es una obra autobiográfica, teológica y filosófica del siglo VI, escrita por San Agustín de Hipona, una de las figuras del cristianismo más importantes. El libro se divide en trece capítulos en los que San Agustín relata su vida, centrándose en sus pecados, dudas, y su búsqueda de Dios. También se hace una reflexión sobre la memoria, el tiempo o el origen del mal. En la actualidad sigue siendo relevante, por lo atemporal de su temática. Siguiendo una línea filosófica y teológica, tras una lectura y análisis de la obra, se exponen las ideas más importantes y destacadas del autor que se recogen de forma sintética. Se pretende acercar al lector a la filosofía y pensamiento del autor, como complemento a la lectura de la obra.

    «Confessions» is an autobiographical, theological, and philosophical work from the 6th century, written by Saint Augustine of Hippo, one of the most significant figures in Christianity.The book is divided into thirteen chapters in which Saint Augustine narrates his life, focusing on his sins, doubts, and his search for God. It also reflects upon topics such as memory, time, and the origin of evil. Even today, it remains relevant due to the timeless nature of its themes. Following a philosophical and theological approach, after a careful reading and analysis of the work, the most important and noteworthy ideas of the author are presented in a concise manner. The intention is to acquaint the reader with the philosophy and thoughts of the author, serving as a complement to the reading of the original work.
