    • The presence of radicalism significantly influences the ideological perspectives within Indonesian society, impacting the nation and state. In light of this, the educational sector in Indonesia is urged to play a pivotal role in addressing the issue. Research data indicates that 23.4% of millennial generation students and 23.3% of overall students in Indonesia are susceptible to radicalism. Addressing this challenge necessitates a comprehensive strategy that goes beyond security measures, emphasizing the importance of religious moderation and adherence to Pancasila values. This study aims to investigate the exposure of the millennial generation, particularly students in higher education, to radicalism, assess the perceptions of lecturers, and propose the revitalization of religious moderation and Pancasila values as a means to counter and pre-empt ideologies conflicting with the Indonesian state’s principles. The research employed interviews and focus group discussions (FGD) as data collection methods, followed by critical and reflective analysis. Findings underscore the alarming phenomenon of radicalism affecting the millennial generation, exacerbated by the infiltration of transnational ideologies through diverse channels. In response, promoting religious moderation and Pancasila values through education emerges as a crucial and effective strategy for mitigating the risk of radicalization.
