¿Cómo es el profesorado creativo?: Un estudio descriptivo desde la voz del alumnado

    El potencial creativo de los estudiantes es una actitud que debe incentivarse desde el entorno educativo. Impulsar un aprendizaje y una enseñanza creativa es un desafío para los agentes responsables de dicha tarea: los docentes, puesto que es el contexto educativo el espacio más adecuado para desarrollar de forma deliberada la creatividad. El profesorado tiene un importante rol en el desarrollo de la educación creativa, y esta se puede identificar a partir de unas características y estrategias específicas desplegadas en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.

    El estudio que se presenta es transversal, descriptivo y con un diseño mixto. Los instrumentos de recolección de la información fueron dos: 1) en una fase cuantitativa, se aplicó un cuestionario Likert a 565 estudiantes de centros educativos de Primaria, Secundaria y Bachillerato de la provincia de Segovia (España). 2) En una fase cualitativa, se realizaron entrevistas semi-estructuradas a 50 estudiantes de la muestra general. Se analizaron las percepciones de los estudiantes en cuanto a la presencia de docentes creativos en los centros educativos, las características que los estudiantes identifican en ellos y la influencia que tienen en su aprendizaje.

    The creative potential of students is an attitude that should be encouraged from the educational environment. Promoting creative learning and teaching is a challenge for the agents responsible for this task: teachers, since the educational context is the most appropriate place to deliberately develop creativity. Teachers play an important role in the development of creative education, and this can be identified on the basis of specific characteristics and strategies deployed in the teaching-learning process.

    The study presented is cross-sectional, descriptive and with a mixed design. Two instruments were used to collect information: 1) in a quantitative phase, a Likert questionnaire was applied to 565 students from primary, secondary and high school educational centers in the province of Segovia (Spain). 2) In a qualitative phase, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 50 students from the general sample. The students' perceptions regarding the presence of creative teachers in the educational centers, the characteristics that students identify in them and the influence they have on their learning were analyzed.
