    Esta investigación describe algunos de los riesgos que el uso de algoritmos produce en el e-commerce y analiza la relación entre su uso y la transformación de la vulnerabilidad estructural de los consumidores en hipervulnerabilidad. La primera y segunda parte del estudio explican el concepto de algoritmo, el funcionamiento del e-commerce y cómo incide en este el uso de la tecnología. La tercera y cuarta parte indagan en el concepto de hipervulnerabilidad, específicamente en la hipervulnerabilidad del consumidor digital. Finaliza el trabajo con el análisis de aquellas situaciones de riesgo de vulnerabilidad en el comercio electrónico (dark patterns), y la discriminación que afecta a los consumidores digitales debido a la diferenciación de precios implementada por algoritmos

    This research describes some of the risks caused by the use of algorithms in electronic commerce (e-commerce) and analyzes the relationship between its use and the transformation of the structural vulnerability of consumers into hypervulnerability. The first and second part of the study describe the concept of algorithm, the operation of e-commerce and how the use of technology affects it. The third and fourth part explore the concept of hypervulnerability, specifically the hypervulnerability of the digital con-sumer; ending with the analysis of those situations of risk of vulnerability in electronic commerce (dark patterns), and the discrimination that affects digital consumers, due to price differentiation implemented by algorithms
