En el siguiente caso clínico se presenta un accidente laboral de un paciente que resulta politraumatizado. El evento se produce en terreno montañoso con necesidad de ser evacuado y atendido por el helicóptero de rescate de montaña. Se estabiliza in situ y es evacuado a un hospital útil posteriormente, Durante el trayecto empeoramiento franco del paciente.

In the following clinical case, a work accident involving a patient who was multiple traumatized is presented. The event occurs in mountainous terrain with the need to be evacuated and attended to by the mountain rescue helicopter. He is stabilized in situ and subsequently evacuated to a useful hospital.
