  • Achieving the goals of ”Health for all by the year 2000“ depends, for all countries involved with them, in a large measure, depends on improvements in basic sanitary conditions. At only thirteen years to reach the deadline, it seems necessary to formulate a new and broader approach to the conception and fulfillment of basic sanitary programs in order to maximize their effects on the health and welfare of human populations.
