    Esta discusión, sobre los servicios farmacéuticos en Chile, tiene dos objetivos principales. En primer lugar es identificar los distintos tipos de farmacias que hay en Chile, vinculados a la normativa chilena vigente. El segundo es desglosar los diferentes servicios farmacéuticos asociados aestos establecimientos, y su respaldo en la literatura internacional y nacional. Se realizó una revisión basada en documentos oficiales de la autoridad sanitaria, normativa vigente y evidencia internacional.

    Los servicios farmacéuticos desempeñan un papel crucial en el sistema de salud, y es importante garanti- zar su calidad y acceso equitativo. Se propone codificar los servicios farmacéuticos en FONASA para res- paldar y organizar formalmente el trabajo de los químicos farmacéuticos, lo que mejoraría la planificación, evaluación y calidad de estos servicios.

    This discussion, regarding pharmaceutical services in Chile, has two main objectives. Firstly, it aims to identify the different types of pharmacies in Chile, in relation to the current Chilean regulations. Secondly, it seeks to analyze the various pharmaceutical services associated with these establishments, and their support in international and national literature. A review was conducted based on official documents from the health authority, current laws, and international evidence.

    Pharmaceutical services play a crucial role in the healthcare system, and it is important to ensure their quality and equitable access. It is proposed to codify the pharmaceutical services in FONASA (National Health Fund) to formally support and organize the work of pharmaceutical chemists, which would enhance the planning, evaluation, and quality of these services.
