    • Objective: This research explores the intricate interplay between short videos, Chinese cultural heritage preservation, and advancements in art education. The primary aim is to unravel the circuit of cultural dynamics within the digital age, shedding light on the transformative potential of short videos in shaping cultural dialogues, creative learning, authentic representation, audience participation, and educational outcomes. Methodology: The study employs a qualitative approach, combining expert interviews with a comprehensive literature review. Interviews with six experts in cultural heritage, digital media, and art education provide valuable insights, while a thorough review of existing literature establishes the foundation for the research. The thematic analysis of interview data and literature synthesis offers a holistic perspective on the research domains. Results: The findings of this research highlight the pivotal role of short videos in preserving Chinese cultural heritage by documenting traditional practices and rituals. Short videos.
