    • Objectives: The widespread use of technology in education has led to increased global interest in artificial intelligence (AI), prompting researchers and regulators to prioritise its development and oversight. This study examines how experience, training, perceived effectiveness, and awareness of artificial intelligence (AI) influence the attitudes of professors in Iraqi universities towards AI. The article examines how teaching load affects the relationship between experience and training in AI, perceived effectiveness of AI, awareness of AI, and professor attitude towards AI in Iraqi universities. Methodology: The data for this study was collected using survey questionnaires administered to university professors. The study employed SPSS-AMOS to examine the relationship between the variables.
