  La satisfaccion laboral del trabajador en institutos municipales del deporte en México depende de varios factores como el ambiente de trabajo, autonomía y toma de decisiones, reconocimiento y recompensa, oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo, equilibrio entre el trabajo y su vida personal, entre otros. El objetivo de esta investigación fue Analizar el grado de satisfacion que tienen los empleados del centro deportivo norte del Instituto Municipal de Cultura Física y Deporte (IMCFD). La población fueron 19 trabajadores del Centro Deportivo Norte (37% mujeres y 63% hombres) a los cuales se les aplico el Cuestionario de Satisfacción para Trabajadores. Los resultados obtenidos mas relevantes son que el 68.4% de trabajadores se encuentra muy satisfechos globalmente en el desempeño de su trabajo y el 57.9% se encuentra muy satisfecho con las condiciones de su trabajo. Conclusión la satisfacción de los trabajadores del Centro Deportivo Norte con respecto a su área de trabajo según grupo de edad y área laboral se encuentra como muy satisfecha.

  The job satisfaction of the worker in municipal sports institutes in Mexico depends on several factors such as the work environment, autonomy and decision-making, recognition and reward, opportunities for growth and development, balance between work and personal life, among others. The objective of this research was to analyze the degree of satisfaction of the employees of the north sports center of the Municipal Institute of Physical Culture and Sport (IMCFD). The population was 19 workers from the North Sports Center (37% women and 63% men) to whom the Satisfaction Questionnaire for Workers was applied. The most relevant results obtained are that 68.4% of workers are very satisfied globally in the performance of their work and 57.9% are very satisfied with the conditions of their work. Conclusion the satisfaction of the workers of the North Sports Center with respect to their work area according to age group and work area is very satisfied.
