    El tema asignado es de suma importancia porque debe haber Paternidad Responsable en toda sociedad humana. Sin embargo como gran parte de las dificultades teóricas y prácticas, doctrinales y de aplicación concreta, surge de una grave confusión de términos, primero vamos a ver qué significa Paternidad Responsable, luego trataremos de los fundamentos, y finalmente veremos por qué no se da en el Perú y qué podemos hacer al respecto.

    The assigned topic is very important because there must be Responsible Fatherhood in every human society. However, as much of the theoretical and practical, doctrinal and practical application difficulties arise out of a serious confusion of terms, first let's see what it means to Planned Parenthood, then try the basics, and finally see why it does not occur in Peru and what we can do about it.
