Resumen de Aceptación de la gráfica de movimientos fetales en una población gestante de riesgo bajo

  OBJETIVO: Comparar el grado de aceptación de dos registros de los movimientos fetales percibidos por la gestante en una población de riesgo bajo. Lugar: Hospital San Bartolomé. MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS: Entre octubre 1998 y marzo 1999, se seleccionó  aleatoriamente a 350 gestantes para el registro de movimientos fetales en la gráfica propuesta por el Centro Latino Americano de Perinatología (CLAP) y 350 para el registro en una gráfica alterna (“Conteo hasta 10 ").  Se evaluó la dificultad para el llenado, el cumplimiento del mismo, y se comparó el grado de aceptación de ambas cartillas. Los resultados fueron sometidos a valoración estadística con la prueba del x2, aceptándose un valor de p<0,05 como significativo. RESULTADOS: De 700 gestantes evaluadas, 64% (n=224) del grupo Cartilla del CLAP cumplió acertadamente con el registro de movimientos fetales, comparado con 91% (n=319) del grupo de Cartilla "Conteo hasta 10" (p< 0,01). CONCLUSIÓN: Para una población gestante de riesgo bajo, la cartilla del "Conteo hasta 10" garantiza el cumplimiento del registro de movimientos fetales.

  OBJETIVE: To compare the acceptability of two registers of fetal movements perceived by the mother in a low-risk population. Location: San Bartolome Hospital. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Between October 1998 and March 1999, 350 pregnant women randomly selected for recording fetal movements in the chart proposed by the Latin American Center for Perinatology (CLAP) and 350 for the record in an alternate graph ("Count up 10 "). The difficulty filling, the performance thereof was evaluated, and the degree of acceptance of both primers was compared. The results were subjected to statistical evaluation with x2 test, accepting a value of p <0.05 as significant. RESULTS: Of 700 pregnant women evaluated, 64% (n = 224) of the Primer Group CLAP aptly met the registration of fetal movements, compared with 91% (n = 319) group Primer "Count to 10" ( . p <0.01) CONCLUSION: For a low-risk pregnant population, Primer "Count to 10" ensures compliance with the registration of fetal movements.
